Join LaToya Johnson and Julius White, the founders of One Body LA, for this six-move, 20 minute legs workout that includes a warm-up, circuit, and cool-down. WORKOUT DIRECTIONS

First, do the warm-up. You’ll do each move in the warm-up for 30 seconds.

Then do the workout. Do each move in the workout for 40 seconds, resting 20 seconds between moves. Once you finish the entire circuit, rest for 60 seconds. Repeat the circuit twice more, resting 60 seconds between rounds.

Last, do the cooldown. You’ll do each move in the cooldown for 30 seconds.

  • Runner’s Stretch
  • Lunge Stretch
  • Ankle Sweeps

Workout:

  • Bodyweight Squat
  • Front Lunge (Alternating Sides)
  • Lateral Lunge (Alternating Sides)
  • Loaded Calf Raise
  • Single-Leg Deadlift (Alternating Sides)
  • Kneeling Step-Ups (Alternating Sides)

Cooldown:

  • Hamstring Stretch to Reach
  • Quad Stretch
  • Figure-Four Stretch
