Earthquake measuring 3.2 hits Himachal Pradesh

An earthquake hit Himachal Pradesh at 03:49 pm today. The earthquake measured 3.2 on the Richter Scale.

As per the India Metrological Department (IMD), the epicentre of the earthquake is said to be at Bilaspur in Himachal Pradesh.

The depth of the earthquake was measured to be 10km.

Two days back an earthquake measuring 6.3 on the Richter Scale struck Tajikistan late night. Strong tremors were felt across north India in Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, the Delhi-NCR and Uttarakhand.
